To cater to growing demands, varied product editions are available:
- The Free Edition for Shops with a quantity of 20 items or less is currently utilizable with no limits; this Edition is free, but does exclude some additional feautures.
- In the StartUp Edition, shops with 100 items or less can be operated with this edition.
- The Advanced Edition contains a large amount of the available features. Shops containing 500 items or less can be operate with this edition.
- The Professional Edition allows unlimited items and offers all available feaures.
Distribution
The distribution of the SmartStore.biz product comes directly from the SmartStore AG or from Partner companies.
The product is delivered only in digital form (ESD - Electronic Software Delivery).
Support
SmartStore AG offers competant Support, as well as a hghly frequented and well liked user forum: Users help each other or the highly qualified SmartStore Support personnel is available on a daily basis. However, offtopic themes are also welcome in the forums, such as online rights, etc.
